Boston Scientific Mesh Recall Lawsuits
Boston Scientific has become the focal point for lawsuits over defective transvaginal & hernia mesh implants. The manufacturer was warned and fully aware of the health risks the device could cause because of the specific polymers they used for the mesh.
The manufacturer is accused of importing counterfeit polymer from China after a domestic supplier refused to provide it anymore. Experts say the instability and dangers associated with the polymers Boston Scientific used are common knowledge within the industry.
